This collaboration is especially close to my heart. In a video with a distinctive tone, I introduced my number one spot in Budapest. My second living room, my office, my dining room, an island of peace, a true time capsule: the Gerlóczy Café and boutique hotel.
This little drop of Paris in the heart of Budapest has been an extension of our home for decades. Around its tables, so much of life has unfolded with us.

A festive evening to remember. Maison45 Budapest, luxury boutique hotel hosted an intimate Holiday Soirée where they welcomed their guests to a candlelit dinner. Alongside Shef Géza Kónya, I curated a truly magical menu — thoughtful, seasonal, and crafted to celebrate the joy of gathering.
Collab with Borganika Budapest in November 2025
Sábesz Mama is the Friday-night metamorphosis of the Yiddishe Mame—this was the inspiration behind this dinner evening at the Borganika community and gastronomic space. We set out to evoke all the mothers and female inspirations who have shaped my life: those who are still with us today, and those who now live on only in our hearts.
