One-Pot Dishes
Slow cooking, humble ingredients, and time doing its magic

🥬 Töltött káposzta, aka Hungarian Stuffed Cabbage
One of the most iconic Hungarian comfort foods: rich, cozy, and full of memories. Stuffed cabbage is one of the most frequently asked-for Hungarian dishes, and I couldn’t wait to share it. But since my mom makes the best one, I waited for her to join me in the kitchen. ❤️

Paprikás Csirke aka Chicken Paprikash 🌶️🍗
Growing up in Hungary, I knew Chicken Paprikash as one of those meals that brought everyone to the table. Tender chicken simmered in a rich paprika sauce, served with fluffy nokedli, is pure comfort food and one of the most iconic dishes in Hungarian cuisine.

Paprikás krumpli aka Hungarian potato paprikash
Every time we come home from a holiday, I make this Hungarian classic one-pot first. Why? Because the fridge is almost empty, and potato paprikash is not only one of the best comfort foods in the world, it also needs just a handful of simple ingredients 🥔🌶️

Hungarian Tojásos Lecsó aka “Lecsó” 🍳🌶️🍅
"Lecsó" means the actual taste of summer for me. Tomato season is soon in bloom so I prepared my variation of this Hungarian classic one-pot dish. 🍳🌶️🍅

Borsófőzelék, aka Green Pea Stew 💚
Green pea stew is proof that a cozy, nostalgic dinner can come together in 5 minutes. And somehow, it tastes even better because it brings back so many memories. Comfort food at its finest.

Duck Legs One-Pot 🦆
Trust me, after this, making duck will never feel intimidating again! This duck legs one-pot is surprisingly easy… all you need is a little patience and a hungry crowd to enjoy its glory. ❤️ Oh! And it’s perfect for Pesach.
