5. Event Tickets

5.1 Purchase of Tickets

Tickets for events can be purchased via this website. A binding contract is formed once payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been sent.

5.2 Payment

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers, including Stripe and Apple Pay.
We do not store payment data. Payment processing is subject to the terms of the respective provider.

We do not store any payment card information on our servers. All payments are processed via trusted third-party providers according to PCI-DSS standards.

5.3 Event Locations

Events may take place in Austria or internationally. Event details, including location and time, are specified on the event page.

5.4 Cancellation & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated on the event page:

Tickets are non-refundable
Tickets may be transferred to another person unless explicitly prohibited
In the event of cancellation by the organizer, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket price

No liability is assumed for travel or accommodation costs.

6. Online Shop (Future Use)

The website may offer physical products in the future (e.g. spices, cookbooks).

When available:

Product descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge
Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes
Shipping costs and delivery times will be stated during checkout

Statutory warranty rights under Austrian and EU law apply.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

For physical goods, consumers within the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless excluded by law.

Exception:
Event tickets for a specific date or period are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to §18(1)(10) FAGG.
