Every time we come home from a holiday, I make this Hungarian classic one-pot first. Why? Because the fridge is almost empty, and potato paprikash is not only one of the best comfort foods in the world, it also needs just a handful of simple ingredients 🥔🌶️
Hungarian Tojásos Lecsó aka “Lecsó” 🍳🌶️🍅
"Lecsó" means the actual taste of summer for me. Tomato season is soon in bloom so I prepared my variation of this Hungarian classic one-pot dish. 🍳🌶️🍅
Goulash / Gulyás 🌶️
Not trying to be rude, but some things are non-negotiable… The original Hungarian Gulyás is a SOUP. Case closed. ❤️ With love 🤍

I love this dish for so many reasons. It’s DELICIOUS, easy, quick, brings back so many memories, and its simplicity gives a kind of comfort nothing else can. 🐄
