"Sábesz Mama"
The Exclusive, Private Dinner Experience

Not every table is public. Some are meant for the people who matter most.
"Sábesz Mama" is our private, Shabbat-inspired dinner experience created for weddings, celebrations, cultural evenings, and intimate gatherings where food is more than food.
It’s memory.
It’s music.
It’s heritage served warm.
Part Shabbat table, part Hungarian cultural celebration.
We transform tradition into an immersive, high-energy evening that feels both deeply rooted and joyfully alive.
What We Create For You
We don’t just serve dinner. We host experiences.
We cook with soul, host with heart, and believe culture is best shared loud, warm, and around a crowded table.
From the first candle to the last bite of flódni, we take care of everything:
- Full-service event planning & coordination
- Kosher menu development tailored to your guests
- Seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
- Handmade dishes prepared from scratch
- Live Hungarian musicians
- Thoughtful atmosphere & cultural storytelling
You arrive as hosts. You leave as part of the story.

The Food, Rooted in Heritage, Made for Celebration

Our menus are inspired by Hungarian Jewish cuisine. The flavors I grew up with reimagined for a shared, abundant table.
Think:
- Freshly baked challah, still warm
- Goose-liver parfait and smoky beet salads
- Chicken paprikash with handmade dumplings
- Vegan cholent simmered low and slow
- Mama’s flódni and sweet kugel to finish
Everything is served family-style, generous and beautiful, just like our Yiddishe Mamas taught us.
Menus are fully customizable and can accommodate all dietary requirements.
Perfect For Meaningful Gatherings
• Weddings & rehearsal dinners
• Private Shabbat celebrations
• Milestone birthdays
• Cultural and community gatherings
• Corporate & brand dinners
• Destination events
Whether it’s 20 guests or 60, we create a table that feels intimate, vibrant, and unforgettable.
"Sábesz Mama" is not a catering service.
It’s an atmosphere.
The music rises.
The wine flows.
Strangers become tablemates.
Tablemates become friends.
And somewhere between the paprikash and the last violin note, something shifts, you remember that food has always been about belonging.
