Every summer, we spend time in the South of France, and one of my favorite dishes to order at Club 55 is their tarte à l’oignon (onion tart). It’s so simple yet so delicious that I love to recreate it at home. Trust me, it’ll quickly become one of your go-to brunch favorites ❤️
