The only week in our lives when eating pizza for breakfast is totally acceptable is during Passover. 😄 Matzo can be boring, because we eat a lot of it during the Jewish holidays. But not after you master the perfect Matzo Pizza of your life. 🔥

Here’s how I make my quick and easy Matzo Pizza 💃🏻
Ingredients for Matzo Pizza
4 sheets of Matzo
The sauce:
🍅 Tomato passata
🌿 1 tsp oregano
🧂 Salt & pepper
🌱 Fresh basil
🫒 Olive oil
🧄 2 cloves crushed garlic
🧅 1 tsp onion powder
Assembly & baking:
Spread the sauce generously over the matzah
🧀 Sprinkle grated cheese on top
🔥 Bake for ~10 minutes at 190°C until melty and golden
