What is Sábesz Mama?

Sábesz Mama is a full-evening experience that brings together a shared dinner, live music, and the warmth of community.

This is a special Shabbat-inspired dinner where we carry our heritage into the present, inviting our guests to discover the flavors, stories, and traditions we have cherished and passed down through generations.

Throughout the evening, traditional dishes are paired with live gypsy music that sets the mood, while an interactive flódni workshop rounds up the experience. Because here, the evening is not only about tasting, but about truly being part of it.
