The Széder Mama dinner evening is coming – a special gathering that invites everyone to the table, regardless of religion or background. 🍷
During the evening, cherished Passover recipes passed down through generations will be served, while the unique Gypsy music of Lajos Pádár fills the space. 🎻 Together, we will explore the world of Passover cuisine – its practicality and symbolism – and through food and stories we will connect more deeply with each other’s cultures. ✨
It’s no secret: I don’t love matzah. But I truly believe that when tradition meets creativity, something entirely new can be born. I’ll show you how we can make these generational recipes truly enjoyable with thoughtful, timeless dishes and the warmth that only a shared festive evening can bring.
