A Hungarian classic that makes everyone happy. āØSo easy to make and perfect for the gloomy weather.āļøāØāØI still remember helping my grandma open fresh peas (and her yelling at me not to eat them raw).š
āØFrozen peas work just as well, and trust me, this will quickly become part of your soup rotation. ā¤ļø

Hereās how šš»
Ingredients:
š„ 2 medium carrotsāØ
šæ 2 medium parsnipsāØ
š 1 tomatoāØ
š§ 1 onionāØ
š„¬ Half a kohlrabi
š« Half or 1 whole paprikaāØ
š¢ Green peasāØ
šæ Fresh parsleyāØ
š„ 2 tbsp flourāØ
š„ 2 eggsāØ
š« Vegetable oilāØ
š¶ļø Paprika powderāØ
š§ Salt & pepper
Method:
Heat the olive oil, then add 1 tbsp flour.āØ
When golden, add chopped veggies and stir for a few minutes.āØ
Add paprika š¶ļø and stir again.āØ
Pour in water, add tomato, onion, and paprika, and season with salt & pepper; let the veggies cook.āØ
Meanwhile, make the dumplings: whisk together 2 eggs, š„ flour, š§ salt, pepper & šæ parsley.āØ
When veggies are almost done, add peas + parsley + dumplings (drop spoon by spoon).āØ
Let it all simmer until the dumplings are cooked through, and youāre ready! š²š
